The PADI Scuba Diver course is a sub-program of the  PADI Open Water Diver course . If you are short on time, but really want to become a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver “Brevet” (PADI's diver's ID) might be the right thing for you - especially if you mainly want to dive with a dive guide. This course represents an intermediate step on the way to the PADI Open Water Diver certification, if this is your ultimate goal.
